  1. I wear toric soft lenses
  2. I once was allergic to cold.  (I am sensitive to it now, but not allergic)
  3. I am shy in person.  No, really.
  4. I've always wanted to learn American Sign Language.
  5. I have this thing for men in flight suits. 
  6. I was proposed to three times in my life.  Only married one of them.
  7. I was a Sunday School teacher for 3 years.
  8. I can play the pokemon games on my kid's Gameboys.  I have the yellow version. 
  9. I have this thing for men with blonde hair and blue eyes.  Mainly blue eyes. 
  10. I have a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Systems Design.

What kind of reaction did you have to cold? How 'bout now?

ASL is awesome. I've only had one semester, but I want so much to go back and take more. Of course, it's been long enough that I'd have to repeat that semester, but still... *sigh* I love praising God by singing and signing at the same time. (I never realized how close in spelling those two words were...) lol

Everytime I was exposed to cold (cold rain, cold objects, cold river, cold poolwater) I would break out in welts and swell up. One time I went tubing down the Guadalupe but had to get out after about 10 minutes and have an ambulance take me away. I was okay, but my legs and backside were so swollen and red I could hardly move.

Now, it's not like that. Once I had the kids I am less sensitive to it. I'll just get a little red and scratchy when I'm out for a long time. LIke that's gonna happen in S. Texas :)

Sheesh! I'm glad you don't have such a severe reaction now, but what an odd allergy to have!
